Don’t miss the front door, a unique nine light, half light, cottage style door, which adds to the overall captivating design.

As you step inside the Columbia II, you immediately take in the aesthetic harmony of the oil rubbed bronze and matte black finishes sprinkled throughout. This simultaneous contrast sets a modern tone in our design. The unique thumb latch only underscores this contemporary style!

If you have an eye for detail, our Columbia II kitchen does not disappoint. The super tall hickory cabinets with an impressive three-inch finish at the top and the oil-rubbed bronze kitchen hardware gives a rich, high-end touch. We made no compromise with functionality either, adding quartz countertops and undermount stainless sinks. Not to forget, ample storage thanks to the extended height overhead cabinets.

The living area provides a feeling that’s absolutely residential. With ample space for a sofa and other furniture, a freestanding fireplace, and well-textured sheetrock drywalls similar to a traditional site-built home, this area truly emphasizes modern living in a tiny house setting. Additional features like the dual-zone mini-split offering separate controls for this area makes it perfect.

Inside the Columbia II bedroom, you will find a king-sized bed fitting comfortably. The room offers plenty of natural light and carries a cool, residential feel. Mirrored closet bypass doors and architecturally appealing craftsman-style trim only enhances this ambiance.
