Our Yukon model stands as testament to our continuous efforts to redefine what it means to live tiny. This model beautifully enhances our popular Nicholas Ridge style by widening the size and adding four extra feet to give the property a comfortable spaciousness.

It’s all about options with the Yukon Tiny House. The primary loft can easily fit a queen or even a king-sized bed, with ample head space. The secondary loft, too, is spacious and receives an influx of natural light, making it an ideal space for lounging, storage, or even a second sleeping area. Furthermore, its spacious entry closet, linen cabinet, and flex room provide ample storage space.
Cooking & Dining with Style
The galley kitchen, featuring soft close cabinet doors and drawers, quartz countertops and a subway backsplash, is a culinary dream. The freestanding four burner propane stainless steel range is a key feature, and the refrigerator with a bottom freezer adds an elegant touch to the overall design. Adding to utility, the house also features a Murphy-style snack bar.

Fancy a cozy evening by the fire, or just want to stretch out and enjoy a book? The flex room with a fireplace is just the space for you. Conveniently situated below the main loft, this room, almost seven feet deep and almost nine feet in width, strikes a balance between utility and elegance.
