This design has been meticulously customized to meet a specific customer’s needs and desires, and turned out to be incredibly fantastic. So, without further ado, let’s begin!

Expansive Features, Compact Design
Our walkthrough commences from the breath-taking exterior, where we incorporated 10-inch eaves on the front door side. This 30-foot long and 8.5-feet wide beauty houses two lofts, a flex room, and an ultra-functional and stylish staircase that perfectly blends storage and aesthetics. The exterior is finished with a 50-year warranty LP siding, and features large, residential-style windows, ensuring lots of natural light floods each corner of the home.
A Kitchen Befitting the Most Demanding of Home Cooks
Moving on to the kitchen, we’ve upheld the standards of our Castle Peak model but with a twist. The customer-selected quartz countertops wonderfully contrast with the tile backsplash, creating a stylish yet utilitarian space perfect for meal preparation. The kitchen also features a two-burner electric cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, tall cabinets, and a spacious refrigerator. The all-white cabinetry paired with an undermount stainless steel sink, commercial faucet with pot filler, and soft-close drawers complete this inviting kitchen space.
Fleet of Storage: Never Run Out of Space
One of the major highlights of this tiny house is its extensive storage options – particularly within the staircase design. The staircase houses an impressive amount of storage space, including a spice drawer, pots and pans drawers, a dual trash-compost center, a vacuum compartment, and several other custom-built storage sections. It’s unbelievable how much storage we managed to squeeze into this vital and often overlooked area!
A Flex Room That Flexes to Your Needs
The flex room is a marvel on its own. Equipped with dual French doors, a cozy table setup, and an inviting fireplace, the room oozes comfort and livability. Whether you intend to use this space as an office, dining area, bedroom, or entertainment lounge, it can seamlessly convert to fit your lifestyle.
The Primary Lofts: the Star of the Show
The primary loft of this Castle Peak model measures an enormous 13-feet in-depth, making it spacious enough to house a King-sized bed. The loft is also outfitted with a bookcase that doubles as a dresser, closet space, and ample lighting, adding to its charm and functional ability. Furthermore, the secondary loft follows suit in terms of design efficiency and spaciousness, proving useful for a multitude of purposes.
The Customized Bathroom: Marrying Functionality with Class
Lastly, our tour takes us to the bathroom which houses a tub-shower combo, a composting toilet, a linen cabinet, and a quartz countertop with white subway tiles. What’s more, the bathroom boasts a massive, oversized recessed mirror with added storage, coupled with thoughtfully placed lighting fixtures to ensure optimal visibility.
