New Height in Tiny Living: Unveiling the Marlo Summit

Expanding the dimensions of width and ceiling height brings about a new era in tiny living. We’ve incorporated special exterior features like cedar front end wall accents, dual farmhouse lights, and a pine TNG (tongue-and-groove) overhang to enhance the esthetics. The Marlo Summit also boasts a sizeable single loft and additional front storage loft.

The Epitome of Compact Luxury: The Kitchen

Equipped with a long black walnut countertop cabinet, oil rubbed bronze sink, commercial spring-style faucet, soap dispenser, and a two-burner cooktop, the kitchen radiates elegance and functionality. White cabinetry with black rod-style pulls and a subway tile backdrop offer a stunning contrast, while the commercial vinyl plank flooring enhances durability. The kitchen also features a modest yet efficient stainless steel 5.1 refrigerator freezer.

Efficient Spaces: Bathroom and Laundry Area

Filled with smart solutions, the bathroom is designed with a 36-inch one-piece fiberglass shower, and a quaint sink right next to a standard residential flush toilet. The pocket door donning a light gray color brings a distinct charm, while the exhaust fan and sun lights are there to ensure a comfortable environment. There’s also a space prepped and plumbed to host a single unit washer/ dryer combo.

Space Reimagined: Living Room and Lofts

The living room, complete with two barber chairs, can easily house a futon or a sleeper sofa. Ample natural light is provided by the three, 80-inch, low-E, argon gas-filled windows. The house also offers versatile storage options with an entry closet and a secondary two-feet wide loft. The primary loft, sized for a queen bed, offers extra floor and storage space as well.

Efficiency and Comfort: Mini-split and Tankless Heating

Adding to the house’s list of features is a mini-split for efficient and quiet heating and cooling. Moreover, an on-demand tankless water heating system ensures an endless supply of hot water, provided there’s propane and water coming in.

In Conclusion: The Marlo Summit

This quaint design for a nine-and-a-half by 18-foot Marlo Summit offers ample space, tasteful design elements, and several convenience amenities. From black walnut countertops on white cabinets, an oil rubbed bronze sink, a compact yet efficient kitchen, to a ready-to-go laundry area, the Marlo Summit has an impressive list of offerings. Whether this size suits you or you wish to discuss something different, we’d love to hear from you. Until then, stay tuned for more Tiny Mountain Houses updates.
