Exterior Overview: A Design for the Ocean Journey

Despite the dim lit interior due to OSB over the windows for shipment, the house reveals an intriguing composition of style, space, and function. A large living area, two sprawling sleeping lofts, a galley kitchen, and a spacious bathroom make up the designed spaces.
A Glance at the Kitchen: Symbol of Efficiency
Grand Teton’s robust galley kitchen is adorned with standard Alder cabinetry & 54-inch tall overhead cabinets. Equipped with our standard stainless stainless deep sink and pull-out faucet, it impresses with functionality and style. The deep countertops offer convenience of space, while the cared paneling, a standard interior finish in all our houses, adds a rustic charm.
The Bathroom: A Reverie of Spaciousness
Step into the bathroom, and you will find a residential-sized lavvy cabinet with a china top mount and metal faucet. A six-door linen cabinet extends the storage space while a 48-inch shower with dual seats ensures a relaxed bathing experience. Adding comfort and convenience, this model is prepped for a washer and dryer, rounded off with a spacious storage cabinet overhead.
Living Area: A Domain of Comfy Luxury
The living area, offering a spacious nine by eight feet dimension, offers a pleasing combination of comfort and luxury. It is devoid of stuffiness, thanks to the six-foot, six-inch clearance underneath the lofts. This space also houses all shipment items, including washer, dryer, convection oven, and touch-up paints that accompany the house.
Staircase & Lofts: A Fusion of Appeal and Utility
The Grand Teton model accentuates space utility by doubling up the staircase as an impactful storage solution. With easy ascending flow and mandatory handrails, navigating these stairs is effortless. The model manifests two roomy sleeping lofts, with a clearance of 48 inches at the peak, lit appealingly by four sconce lights. The optional privacy wall in this build enhances the individuality of each loft.
